PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax. All orders are payable in Euros.
ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Kroon 02 will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Luxembourg, and the language of the contract is French.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Packages typically arrive within 3-14 days from the date we receive the order. This estimation is specific for Europe. Orders outside of Europe may take upto 1-2 weeks more.
Orders over 100€ are delivered for free within Europe.
Items are shipped directly from Luxembourg by UPS or POST LUXEMBOURG.
If a package is returned to Luxembourg because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements and shipping costs will be charged.
kroon02.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. kroon02.com has no control over this.
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout.
The prices shown on kroon02.com when shipping to Europe include taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.
PAYMENT
Payments are made by credit card via a Secure Online Credit Card Payment Service or with Paypal.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Kroon 02 gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
You may send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
